Nicolas pinto

Nicolas is a growth expert who is passionate about entrepreneurship. This former professional soccer player is recognized for his great ability to mobilize a team, his versatility and his perseverance in achieving ambitious results. He has 20 years of experience in management and business development and his network of relationships includes several of the largest entrepreneurs in the country. His professional achievements include five business acquisitions, the execution of the growth of two companies to position them as leaders in their industry (Groupe Santé DuCore and GroupeCT) as well as the launch of a line of sanitary equipment and products (Exora). His career also includes seven years as Quebec market development leader for KPMG.

me. Patrick Bazinet

Patrick is a tax lawyer with 20 years of experience with Quebec SMEs, working on mergers and acquisitions, negotiation, financing and corporate reorganization mandates. He carries out his professional activities within Bazinet Avocats d’Affaires. Patrick is also a shareholder and director of various companies in the fields of conception, design and distribution of sports equipment, retail sales, in addition to being a partner in various real estate projects in the United States and Canada. Patrick also has experience serving on the boards of public companies and real estate trusts (REITs). Patrick's involvement with the companies where he is a partner is generally to participate in business strategy, organize administrative elements and business development.

Simon is a seasoned investor and mentor to many entrepreneurs and start-ups. He was a member of senior management at BCE, where he led business strategy, sales and marketing teams and received the Ovation Award. He is also recognized for having developed a predictive segmentation and targeting model based on algorithms and for his ability to accelerate the business development of B2B companies (Cisco, Salesforce, Keurig, Energir, SAP, Fasken, etc.). He was a partner at ROI Research on Investment, a management consulting firm specializing in international business expansion and attracting foreign investment. He also co-founded Gazelle.ai, an artificial intelligence-powered SaaS that pushes the boundaries in identifying early signals of business expansion. The company was sold to KKR in March 2023.
